These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mytreatment dds patient web page (the “Web Page”), provided by expedite dds, llc (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Web Page provides patients with a secure, HIPAA-compliant way to view treatment plans and related information shared by their licensed dental provider.


By accessing or using the Web Page, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Web Page.

1. Purpose of the Web Page

The Web Page is designed to provide patients with secure access to:

  • Dentist-approved treatment plans

  • Pricing, estimated fees, and cost breakdowns

  • Images or documents depicting your dental condition

  • Educational information supplied by your dental provider

  • Optional financing or 0% interest credit card offerings that may assist with paying for your recommended treatment


You may also approve or decline your treatment plan through the Web Page.
The Web Page is intended solely as a viewing and decision-support tool and does not replace professional dental consultations.

2. Nature of the Service

The Web Page is not a medical device and does not provide:

  • Diagnosis

  • Treatment recommendations

  • Professional dental or medical advice

  • Emergency guidance

  • Clinical decision-making


All information displayed originates from your licensed dentist and/or their authorized staff. expedite dds does not modify or validate clinical content.

If you have questions about your treatment plan, you must consult your dental provider directly.

3. AI-Assisted Content Disclosure

Your dental provider may have used AI-assisted tools within the mytreatment dds platform to generate draft narratives or descriptions related to your treatment plan.

However:

  • AI tools are assistive only

  • AI does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or make clinical decisions

  • All content displayed to you on the Web Page has been reviewed and approved by your licensed dentist

  • You do not interact with AI directly


Your dental provider retains full responsibility for all treatment information shown to you.

4. Communication Preferences & Opt-In

During account setup, you will be asked to choose whether you wish to receive:

  • Emails and text messages related to your treatment plan

  • Updates, reminders, or follow-up communications

  • Optional financing or 0% interest credit card options that may help you pay for your recommended care


You must choose Yes or No during the setup process. Your decision does not impact your ability to view your treatment plan.
If you choose “Yes,” you authorize expedite dds to send these communications on behalf of your dental provider. You may opt out at any time.

The Web Page will never send marketing unrelated to your dental treatment or financing options.

5. Financing Options & Affiliate Links

The Web Page may display optional financing opportunities, including:

  • 0% interest credit card options

  • Third-party financing partners

  • Links to separate web pages listing financing options

  • Promotional offers intended to help patients manage the cost of treatment


You acknowledge and agree that:

  • These offers are provided as a convenience

  • Financing decisions are made solely by third-party lenders

  • expedite dds does not guarantee approval

  • expedite dds does not receive or store your credit application information

  • Third-party financing providers have their own separate terms, policies, and eligibility criteria


6. No Liability for Treatment Outcomes

expedite dds is a software provider and plays no role in diagnosing, evaluating, or treating any dental condition.

Therefore, we are not responsible or liable for:

  • Treatment decisions made by your dentist

  • Accuracy of clinical information displayed on the Web Page

  • Outcomes, risks, side effects, or complications from any procedure

  • Any financial decisions you make, including financing applications

  • Communications between you and third-party lenders

  • Treatment delays, cancellations, or changes


All clinical decisions and responsibilities lie solely with your licensed dental provider.

7. Security & HIPAA Compliance

The Web Page is designed to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

We utilize administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest

  • Secure user authentication

  • Role-based access controls

  • HIPAA-required audit logging

  • Monitoring and intrusion detection

  • Regular vulnerability and compliance assessments


Your dentist remains the custodian of your dental records and is responsible for the clinical accuracy of all information shared.

8. Account Creation & Responsibilities

To access your treatment plan, you must:

  • Verify your identity using your email and date of birth

  • Create a secure password

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Notify your dentist if you believe unauthorized access has occurred

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access information belonging to another patient

  • Share your account with others

  • Interfere with the functioning of the Web Page

  • Use the Web Page for illegal purposes


9. Restrictions on Use

You are prohibited from:

  • Copying, redistributing, or modifying Web Page content

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt platform functionality

  • Uploading or transmitting harmful code

  • Attempting to circumvent security or authentication measures


10. Third-Party Links & Websites

The Web Page may contain links to:

  • Financing providers

  • Educational materials

  • Other third-party resources


These sites are not controlled by expedite dds.

We are not responsible for:

  • Their content

  • Their privacy policies

  • Their security

  • Their data practices


When you leave the secure Web Page environment, third-party terms apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.
